Pokemon, Pokesonas, Digimon, Digisonas and other sonas derived from official media.

Ferals and most quadrupeds (excluding taurs).

Dragons, gryphons and other fantasy creatures if they look too feral.

Small characters that look chibi, cute or child-like.

Feet, smell, sweat and musk kinks.

"Unclean" kinks.

Most types of vore, inflation and growth kinks.

Extreme erogore/snuff.

All prices are in USD.

I only accept Paypal (Invoices preferred).

Sketch, Rendered and Stylized pieces can be thigh-up or full-body, it's already included in the price.

More than 2 characters can be added per commission, each character costs the same as the 2nd character.

Designing incurs fees.

NSFW content will cost extra, depending on the content.

I highly recommend looking at the INFO section before commissioning!

I reserve the right to decline a commission before accepting it for any reason.

After acceptance, I may cancel for breach of TOS, abusive behavior, lack of communication, inability to complete the work, or other reasonable cause.

I will not guarantee deadlines and target times are only estimates.

If you wish to keep a work private, please notify me beforehand.

Every commission will come with 2 versions: a full resolution version and a web (downscaled) version. The full res is for private use, only post the web version. I can offer transparent background versions, watermarked versions and other simple variations for free if requested.

I accept payment through Paypal. Paypal Invoice is preferred.

Payment can be made directly or via Invoice.

Be sure you can pay the full price before committing to a commission.

Initial payment can be the full price or half the price.

I will not work on a commission until payment is received (either the first half or the first part of a payment plan).

Commissions will remain on standby until a payment has been received (see INACTIVITY AND UNRESPONSIVENESS below).

Payment plans may be available if the quote for the art commission is above $300.

No license to use the artwork is granted until full payment is received.

After 3 days of no response, project is paused and moved to the back of the queue.

After 7 days of no response, project is treated as abandoned and cancelled.

If cancelled, refund, if any, follows the refund policy.

BRIEFING. Thumbnails, rough sketches.

SKETCH. Cleaned sketch with placeholder colors.

FLATS. Flat colors and other details.

PRELIMINAR. Preview of the finished work.

Any fixes, revisions, or additions as requested.

More WIPs can be requested at any point during the process of working on the commission.

WIPs will never be sent as high-res files.

There's no fee for changes during the sketch phase unless it significantly changes the sketch.

I don't have a limit on the amount of corrections and changes during the sketch but I will start charging if it becomes excessive.

I will charge for major changes on any phase after the sketch. The amount will vary according to the complexity of the changes. Major changes may include changes in poses, body proportions, expressions, colors, backgrounds, etc.)

I will charge for changes requested after finishing the drawing, excluding small fixes or modifications.

I can downscale, resize and crop any finished commission artwork for free (to the commissioning client).

I can also remove backgrounds upon request for certain commissioned artworks.

I can add character ownership and other watermarks on request for free.

I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights, meaning I reserve the right to use commissioned work for profit and non-profit purposes.

I reserve the right to publish work done to social media and used for promotional material. Unless the specific artwork is requested to remain private.

The client receives only the usage rights expressly stated here.

Full resolution files are reserved for private use, a WEB (high quality downscaled .jpg/.png) version will be provided to be used on social media.

Sketches and ideas (thumbnails, poses, compositions, background elements, etc.) that are unused during the duration of the commission may be reused by the client.

I reserve the right to use unused work (poses, compositions, and backgrounds) for my own works.

The client is expected to always give proper credit when posting work online.

Repost commissioned artwork anywhere, without altering signatures and watermarks. Must include artist credit or mention (@irael_ireal).

Use commissioned work for profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, etc. without altering the signatures and watermarks.

Crop, remove backgrounds or make minor edits (such as changing colors or adding visual elements such as sparkles or stickers).

Print commissioned artwork for personal non-commercial purposes.

Claim my work as theirs.

Post my art without credit ("@irael_ireal" or "by irael_ireal")

Trace over any of my work.

Crop out, cover or edit out my signatures and watermarks.

Use any of my work for commercial purposes, unless separately and explicitly agreed to in writing.

Use any of my work for NFTs or AI training.

Commercial use is not included in standard commissions.

Commercial rights may be licensed separately for an additional fee under a written agreement.

Examples of commercial use: merchandise, branding, advertising, paid products, monetized content, storefronts, packaging.
