Commission Prices

• All prices are in USD.
• I only accept Paypal and I use invoices.
• ⚠️ I recently had to move from SAI2 to Clip Studio, so newer art will look a bit different.

Icon/Portrait

Can be in any style
May be soft or fully shaded at no extra cost.
Can have transparent backgrounds.

Sketchy

Loose, soft and messy.

EXTRA FEES
• For every extra character the base price multiplied per extra character. 2 characters = x2 price (not adding background, alts., etc.).
• Designing stuff (characters, clothing, accessories, markings, etc.). Price will vary.
• Explicit sexual content, will vary depending on type of content. Artistic nudity (i.e. non-sexual) doesn't cost extra.
• Character complexity, i.e. if the character has very detailed or complex details.
• Highly detailed items and props.

Cleaner and textured linework.

Reference Sheets

• Requires visual references, I will not accept text-only descriptions.
• Fees will apply for major designing/redesigning of the character or elements of the character.

• Updates to the ref sheet can be requested after it's finished.

Stickers

For use with Telegram, Whatsapp, Twitch, Discord, etc. Includes a full res and a 512px version.

Experimental

Loose style that experiments with brushes and colors. Resembling concept art, it focuses more on mood and expression rather than detail. May take other forms. Best suited for works with artistic freedom but initial ideas will be appreciated.Base price starts at $300, will vary.

English is not my first language. I’m a native Spanish speaker, so thanks for your patience.Please try to space out your information and use bullet points when possible.I appreciate any kind of visual reference, even messy MS Paint doodles, rough sketches, or image collages. Feel free to send lots of ref images.I do not do roleplay, and I’m not interested in roleplaying.

Can and Can't do for commissions

🦊 FURRY CONTENT
I don’t personally consider myself a furry, but I’m fully comfortable drawing furry art.• I can draw anthro, feral, taur, hybrids, and similar character types.
• I’m open to drawing sonas, including pokesonas, digisonas, mobians, etc.
• For those sona types, I only accept SFW or suggestive content.
• I do not draw lewd content involving ferals or full quadrupeds.
• This also applies to dragons, gryphons, and other mythical creatures if they look too feral or animal-like.Please check the NSFW section below for more information.

🔞 NSFW CONTENT
I’m comfortable drawing NSFW, but I am not primarily a porn artist, so I won’t always be open for sexual or suggestive commissions.NSFW slots will not always be available, so please check my queue or ask me directly.• You must be 18 or older to commission NSFW work!

Terms of Service

• I reserve the right to decline a commission before accepting it for any reason.
• After acceptance, you may cancel for breach of TOS, abusive behavior, lack of communication, inability to complete the work, or other reasonable cause.
• In the case of cancellation of a project, see CANCELLATION and REFUNDs section below.
• I will not guarantee deadlines and target times are only estimates.
• I will not accept rush fees.
• This T.O.S. is subject to change.• If you wish to keep a work private, please notify me beforehand.
• Every commission will come with 2 versions: a full resolution version and a web (downscaled) version. The full res is for private use, only post the web version. I can offer transparent background versions, watermarked versions and other simple variations for free if requested.

PAYMENT
• I accept payment through Paypal.
• Payment can be made directly or via Invoice.
• Be sure you can pay the full price before committing to a commission.
• Initial payment can be the full price or half the price.
• I won't accept a commission without at least half the price paid upfront, or in the case of a payment plan, without the first payment received.
• Payment plans may be available if the quote for the art commission is above $300.
• No license to use the artwork is granted until full payment is received

WORKS IN PROGRESS
Once I start working on a commission, I'll notify the client with a rough sketch attached and will wait for the go-ahead.Inactivity and unresponsiveness
If I don't receive a response after sending the first rough sketch, I will proceed to the following:
• After 3 days of no response, project is paused and moved to the back of the queue.
• After 7 days of no response, project is treated as abandoned and cancelled.
• If cancelled, refund, if any, follows the refund policy.WIPs and Previews
I'll send previews the following phases. The client may request more previews.
1) Briefing, rough sketches.
2) Cleaned sketch.
3) Coloring.
4) Preview of the finished work.
5) Any fixes, revisions, or additions as requested.
6) Optionally, a heavily watermarked preview if the piece hasn't been fully paid yet.

FIXES and REVISIONS
• There's no fee for changes during the sketch phase unless they change the drawing significantly.
• I will charge for major changes on any phase after the sketch. The amount will vary according to the complexity of the changes. Major changes may include changes in poses, body proportions, expressions, colors, backgrounds, etc.)
• I don't have a limit on the amount of corrections and changes during the sketch but I will start charging if it becomes excessive.
• I will not charge for errors done on my part.
• I will charge for changes requested after finishing the drawing, excluding small fixes or modifications.
• I can downscale any commission done for free.
• I can also remove backgrounds upon request.
• I can add watermarks upon request.

.COPYRIGHT and USE
• I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights.
• The client receives only the usage rights expressly stated in the TOS or invoice.
• I reserve the right to publish work done to social media and used for promotional material.
• Full resolution files are reserved for private use, only post the WEB version to social media.
• Sketches and ideas (thumbnails, poses, compositions, background elements, etc.) that are unused during the duration of the commission may be reused for other works.The client may:
• Repost commissioned artwork anywhere, without altering signatures and watermarks. Must include artist credit or mention (@irael_ireal).
• Use commissioned work for profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, etc. without altering the signatures and watermarks.
• Crop, remove backgrounds or make minor edits (such as changing colors or adding visual elements such as sparkles or stickers).
• Print commissioned artwork for personal non-commercial purposes.The client may NOT:
• Claim my work as theirs.
• Trace over any of my work.
• Crop out, cover or edit out my signatures and watermarks.
• Use any of my work for commercial purposes, unless separately and explicitly agreed to in writing.
• Use any of my work for NFTs or AI training.Commercial use
• Commercial use is not included in standard commissions.
• Commercial rights may be licensed separately for an additional fee under a written agreement.
• Examples of commercial use: merchandise, branding, advertising, paid products, monetized content, storefronts, packaging

CANCELLATION and REFUNDS
Cancellation
Cancellations by the client are only accepted if the commission has not been paid for or it hasn't progressed beyond the briefing and sketch phase.Refund
If cancelling, a percentage of the payment may be refunded based on work completed.NOTE: Work on the cancelled commission, such as poses or backgrounds, but not the characters themselves, may be reused by me for other works (such as other commissions, YCHs raffles and auctions).Refusal
In the rare event that I refuse or cancel working on a commission, I will refund 100% of the paid amount but will not give files to the client.
